All work is inducted on a schedule basis. Appointments are requested. All unscheduled drop offs will be fit into the schedule on a “next available bench time” basis. We promise to start diagnosis/work within 48 hours of scheduled. |

Our warranty service policy: We will fit your warranty item needing service into the daily schedule not more than 48 hours after arrival at the service desk. |

Action Computer Co. accepts no liability for loss or damage of data from your PC incurred during repair operations; therefore it is suggested you backup all valuable information prior to servicing. We offer Hard Drive Imaging for a separate fee. |
